"The cashier was rude. Took orders after mine and filled them, but I had to wait approximately 10 minutes. My food was cold when I got it. I ordered the chicken nugget biggie bag. They lady directly behind me left before her order was completed because the got it wrong 3 times. She was allergic to onions and had she not looked at her food each time, she could have had an allergic reaction. When I went back to the counter to complain about my food, the person who took my order was very rude, and got upset with me for asking to speak to the manager. I will not go there anymore.!!"

"Had not been to this Wendy's in probably at least a year possibly two and I doubt I will return anytime soon. Service was extremely slow. It looked as though they had plenty of people working, it was not busy and yet I waited for at least 15 mins for our food that came put lukewarm and nasty."

"Used to be a great Wendys, now not so much. Went in for dinner on Wednesday, very disappointed. Went in, not crowded at all, ordered as usual and waited. Drink machine limited on choices, but the least of the problems. We waited, and waited and waited. Crowd started piling up and still no food coming out. They claimed the drive thru was backed up, but the cars seemed to be going through smoothly. Finally our food was ready after 30 minutes, except for the baked potato. That took another 20 minutes at least. Mediocre food, too. Definitely not Wendy’s quality. Potato was dry, flavorless. Gave my mom the complete opposite burger she ordered, they switched it with another lady’s. The one she got was spicy, and she’s not supposed to have spice for her health. Waited longer to get a to go order. Messed that up twice too. They had SO much staff, too many staff in the kitchen for no food coming out. I think we were there an hour and a half?!?! Never ever go to this Wendy’s! Avoid it like the plague."

"Wendy's is a good place to eat. I enjoy it. I remember back in the '70s. It hasn't changed any. I remember daddy would always stop get Mama a burger after her dialysis. We stopped there last week because of the inflation and the pricing not Wendy's fault. It's the country's fault. We got us a good deal. One to $6 meals and it filled me up"
