"Absolutely disgusting behavior by the staff. We where treated with no respect or decency at this place. Dr was very aggressive with my mouth left me bleeding and in major pain. Nurses had attitudes and where not helpful at all. I have never experienced this kind of ignorance in my life. Very unprofessional and uncaring environment. I would not take my dog to this place. If you enjoy disrespectful,nasty, rude staff members and severe mouth pain this is the place to go."

"Whoever the receptionist was on 8/23/22 at 10:50am was the RUDEST person I’ve ever had the DISPLEASURE of speaking with, on the phone. Zero customer service, totally blunt and unwilling to answer my questions. I googled emergency dentists near me, and this was my first result, to call and be told immediately “we don’t do walk ins and whenever they scheduled you for before is all we got” (- word for word conversation after inquiring about emergency dental services.)"

"Every time I’m there, it’s a 2 and a half to 3 hour wait. No warning or apology. They’re only open 3 days a week. It’s impossible to get an appointment obviously. I like Dr. Mack but if he can’t be here for his patients, why be open at all? My family and I will be going elsewhere from now on."

"Dr mack always does a great job and his staff and receptionist are nice and make me feel calm when im there. Dr even got me in with no appointment on the day of my wedding pictures to fix a broken front tooth i fractured the day before. When i asked him what the damage was,he shook my hand and said,congratulations.! Didn't even know me!! Wonderful man,and skilled dentist. I would highly recommend him to anyone"

"Very nice and calm staff. Which comes in handy with kids. My three year old has cried at every dentist we have gone to in the past. Today was different she came out with a big smile and not affraid of the dentist anymore. I recommend Dr.Mack for families of all different ages."
