"Food tasted great. But the service was lacking. We never got refills on our drink. We sat waiting on waitress to bring our slip so we could pay but she never did. We had to describe her to the lady at the register before we could pay to leave"

"This place is a joke and I will absolutely never go back. So we ordered a steak well done with broccoli and macaroni and cheese and we ordered the roast with the carrots and mashed potatoes. My carrots were still hard like barely even cooked so they took them back. But when they brought them back out to me they were probably only halfway done so at that point I had just asked for a to go container so I can could come home and microwave them myself. Then with the steak Not only was it not done it was raw on the inside like almost Jello texture on the inside and the macaroni and cheese was extremely dry but the steak got sent back, it came out the second time still pink. At that point our waiter came out and said the manager was comimg out to talk to us, mind you we didn't even ask for a Manger. So she comes over and thats when we realized the steak was still pink. So the manager says we can make it again, so we send the steak back a 3rd time but than just asked for it to be put in a to go box. The manager knew they messed up and only offered to make it again. But to have to send the roast plate back twice and the carrots still arent done and to send the steak back 3 time really is just aggravating at that point and you are no longer hungry especially after sitting there and waiting time and time again. Like I said this place is a damn joke. Won't ever go back."

"This assistant manager named caitlynn went above and beyond for my family and I order I have a dairy allergy and she printed me a menu that showed all the dairy free stuff, and helped me find food that I can have and made it special for me, she also made sure it was soft considering I had wisdom teeth removal surgery, she was very kind enough to donate a couple of things to our church for a silent actuion, your service and your kindness will forever mean so much to my mom and I thank you for making our day!"

"We decided to go around 5 pm for dinner. Plenty of parking at this time. Didn't look too busy so figured there wouldn't be much of a wait. Got seated in a booth. Had our order taken at a decent time. But then we waited over an hour for our food. Everyone else, who came in 20 minutes after us, got their orders first. Got cinna bites to share, they came out on a skillet, which is supposed to be hot to keep the food hot, but the pan was at best room temperature and the cinna bites were luke warm. Finally our food comes out, first thing off the bat I notice is they put all the gravy everywhere on my order that I requested to have the gravy on the side. Food was cold as well. The mac and cheese was under cooked and tasted like I was eating a stick of butter. Midway through eating the cold meal there was a long dark hair. Don't recommend going there. Have had better meals from fast food for the same price."

"Great home cooked food! Staff made me feel welcome and were attentive. The food was done perfectly and was delicious. The options are large. The restaurant was clean too. I'll definitely go back if I'm in the area again."
