"This wasn't my first visit/experience here. Everything went just as great as my previous visit! The girl that inserted my IV was perfect - I didn't even realize she had placed it yet! All staff (front, back & surgeon) were very good at explanations, personable & professional! Recovery was perfect & I was able to actually walk to my vehicle (after the mandatory wheelchair ride). Definitely recommend for your needs!"

"I have had nothing but issues with this dental office. I am a current customer, unfortunately the VA only works with them when it comes to implants. They make it very difficult to make appointments. I have also had an appointment made and they said it was at the Ashland Ky location, so I go to the office and it is closed, so I called the number and they tell me that they had misinformed me, and that it was at the Huntington Wv location. Then One of my implants fell out, so I had to wait 8 weeks for the others to heal, and then I had to wait another 5 weeks before I could get in to get it fixed. After that I was waiting to get my pins put in, I had to wait another 4 weeks, and they would never call me, so I had to call them and they said they received the documents but they never called me. So When I call to get my pins put in, they said they can't even schedule it for another week, because the guy that does it is out of town. This is a very unprofessional place, and I wish the VA would allow me to transfer my service to another office."
