"I really enjoyed going to see Dr.Wallace not only because it was somewhat convenient but also because the man knows how to pull a tooth. His skills are top notch. I barely felt a thing for the 6 teeth I had him remove for me. But I wont be going back. I have one more tooth that I need to have removed immediately. For the last 6 weeks I have tried to get into that office to have it done. At every opportunity His receptionist has gaslit me with conflicting information. I walk in: "We aren't taking walk-ins today..sorry" I call: "You can't make an appointment for extractions, it has to be a walk-in" OK? I walk in again: "we're not taking walk-ins today, you should have called" It's a 35 mile drive From my house to Inez. Thanks for wasting my time. Personally I think they're playing with me which is super unprofessional. If not, then the receptionist is just a moron. I left that office in so much pain that I was crying. I just sat in my car sobbing afterwards. I'm in pain and I feel humilated and lied too. I'll never seek help from this office again."

"Absolutely incredible dentist. I tried for weeks to get into a dentist and was treated terribly by other dentist offices in the area. I called and they got me right in with no problem. Everyone at the office was extremely polite and the dentist was very great at what he does. I'm extremely happy with the service."

"Dr. Wallace was able to see my 5 year old granddaughter quickly for her school check up. When we arrived for the appointment, the receptionist was welcoming. The wait was minimal before she went back to the exam toom. There, she was greeted by Jamie who was fantastic. Dr. Wallace came in and immediately started talking and joking with my granddaughter. He made the exam fun and helped ease her anxiety. Thank you Dr. Wallace and your team."

"Dr Wallace......I FINALLY found a dentist that has it all. Not only a good dentist, but an awesome personality, down to earth, an awesome staff and does GREAT dental work. He goes above and beyond for his patients. My son’s mouth was a hot mess and he fixed him right up, perfectly!!! I would give more stars if I could. Don’t waste your time with other dentists!!! He’s the best!"
