"I have no issues with staff at the clinic. However,we have never met or even seen the Medical Director, yet my insurance is paying that physician for services. I like our PA, she is very kind and she tries to address issues facing clients she has been assigned to evaluate and treat. But on our first visit she recited the clinics guidelines andrules. she spent 15 to 20 minutes explaining what the clinic does not do.. I'm sorry but this is no way to approach health care. Example no narcotics on site nor will they write a prescription for any condition,, even chronic conditions no matter what. No sleep aides allowed either. They do referrals,but no follow up whatsoever ever. Example,a family member has a very painful condition, he was sent to a specialist who said surgery was needed. The specialist wanted a cardiac workup via the clinic,which was done by a cardiologist. A year later and nothing has been done. The man is still in pain because the condition has been ignored and never addressed again. We are not sure the cardiology report was ever sent to the specialist. . Any time you see a doctor or pa,and they spend a large amount of time telling patients what they won't do os not a good practice. And something is seriously wrong with the practice. If you miss an appointment they will withhold prescriptions ,some needed to maintain cardiac stability. And finally I seem to be a forgotten patient. I am never contacted for current needs and they are also withholding my medication prescriptions."
