At that time I swore never to come back. But when the actual dentist came in she was very nice and made it better. I would go back ONLY if the first lady wouldn't touch my kids."

"Dr. Kim Lough is absolutely wonderful! Our son has mild autism and new (or rare to his routine) experiences like the dentist are really hard for him. She is so patient, kind, compassionate, and understanding with him. She does an excellent job of explaining things to him, averting his attention where it needs to be, and just overall calming him. She’s also really great about allowing me to be close enough to hold his hands or whatever is needed to make him feel comfortable and cooperative. She’s very good about not pushing him too far or too long and very mindful of making his experiences positive and not traumatic or too upsetting. She was definitely made to work with children, especially children who need a little extra care and attention. Thank you Dr. Kim for making the dentist a safe, kind, non-threatening environment for children who need that most!"
