"If you are an older white male Republican you will have no issues. I was refused service in a serious emergency situation based on my medical history questionnaire in which i stated i had anxiety (which is not supposed to be used for prejudice or to single someone out.) My insurance is not accepted by anyone else in the area. When I asked if there was a "higher up" I was told he's in charge and more or less, can do whatever he wants. Dr. Smith is also pretty rough so i would highly suggest taking children elsewhere, but don't be honest about your mental health because you will be refused service."
