"Whoever is answering the phone under the name Catharine is very condescending and rude. Without giving too many details, I have been under the care of Dr. Hazey post op double jaw surgery. She downplayed the severity of what ended up being an infection growing under implanted plate and screws that now have to be removed urgently. She is not an advocate for patient care. And she certainly does not believe anyone outside of her office is intelligent enough to know what's happening within their own body. I will not be returning for any follow up care in their office."

"My fiancé has previously seen Dr. Hazey with all good experiences, but whoever answers the phones, a receptionist, or maybe a hygienist…Catharine, is extremely unhelpful. She had plates put in her jaw a year and a half ago and her mouth started swelling and she thought one might be infected and called the office. It was downplayed as not an emergency and that she couldn’t see Dr. Hazey until November 10th. We went to WVU Dental where the surgery was done and after c rays, it was indeed infected and needed emergency surgery performed. To have this surgery performed in the OR in Morgantown she needed a referral for insurance to approve it. She again called the office and again spoke to Catharine Roberts. It was downplayed again that her plate was infected and she would not let her speak to anyone else. All she needed was a referral. For an emergency surgery."
