Never returned calls, when I did talk to the preparer they did not seem to have any idea where my files were or what part of the process my taxes were at. On top of all this I was charged close to seven(7) time the base rate of the advertised $65.00 filing and peer fee. Adding insult to injury, while we were signing our taxes to be filed we were told one thing and it ended up the opposite every time. I finally walked out of the office because I was upset and angry. I will never have an H&R Block office or preparer do my taxes again. I will never recommend this office to anyone ever."
