"First sleeping in my car at night. Unfortunately all hotels we’re booked and this was closest rest stop to New River Gorge. Saw Security drive by about 15mins after I pulled it which made me feel safer. I didn’t use any of the other accommodations so I can’t rate them. If your in a pitch I recommend it."

"Stopped here and got gas. The gas is away from the travel stop area. The travel stop area is nice with many shops including people selling local crafts. There are bowls of water for your dog. But the restrooms are pretty far in to the building. There are some food offerings, but nothing that is quick fast food. If you are looking for a leisurely stop and not in a hurry this would be a nice place. But if you want gas, a restroom and quick food to go, then this is not the ace to stop"

"Travel Center building is currently closed. (No Burger King/Sabbaro/Starbucks) Don't know the full details. Sign says that its permanently closed. The ExxonMobil is open for fuel. Bathroom is available. Truck parking is available. Tamarack on top of the hill is open. Has a restaurant, shops, paintings, and a rest room."

"Stopped this afternoon so my husband could take his 30 min break. First time here, but it won't be our last. The restroom was so clean, they even had an attendant cleaning and sanitizing behind everyone. There was plenty to choose from to eat. And and artisan shop which had locally sourced pieces for sale. Everything from jewelry to blown glass. For you truckers, they do offer showers, however, they are only open from 6am to 10pm. Everyone was super friendly and went out of their way to help anyway they could."

"Man all the food options are close beside Sbarro and Starbucks. It is almost like a rest area now with huge restrooms. There is a huge Exxon next to it. What happened to all the food options. Needs to get a chicken place or McDonald's in there. Next exit, 44 I think has better options."
