"This is the best Wendy's in the area. Their food is always hot. I've never gotten a cold fry from here, not once. It's out of my way but I prefer this location over any other."
"We put in a mobile order around 4:15-4:18 at the latest on New Years Eve. While I understand, they possibly could've been understaffed, we sat in the drive thru and then by the front doors when told to pull up there until 4:56 when we finally got our order. Ordering from the app is supposed to be more convenient, and this time was a disappointment with the amount of time we had to wait and the fact that we had frozen and refrigerated groceries in the car as well. The food was fine, but the vanilla frosty cream cold brew iced coffee I ordered was instead a black iced coffee. We waited for our stuff long enough, so I didn't have them fix it. I'll likely be deleting the app, loss of points or not."
"They were quick on the service but had way too much ketchup and mayo on the burger. It was dripping everywhere. The restaurant was short of clean. It was lunch so there was some trash in the floors and tables. Enjoyed it anyway."
"The secret to Wendy is to use their. It use to be poor but they have made many positive changes to it. When i park I go to the app, I select the location, order, pay, and tell them I am here. I then walk in and bypass the line."
