"Easily the most incompetent staff I've ever encountered at a Wendy's. My partner and I waited for a solid ten minutes for our fries to be done with our order.. and the fries were basically cold. The girl in the drive through also had fake nails that were absolutely a health code violation. Never coming here again, and the manager(s) should be fired."

"In my opinion, as long as it's made well, Wendy's has the best fast-food burger (of the big 3.) I usually get the $5 Biggie Bag, it feels like just enough food and only comes in around 800 calories or so when I order the burger plain. I generally never receive a bad meal from Wendy's so they get a 5 from me. Service and atmosphere will vary by restaurant, but the two I visit aren't usually the cleanest. I usually have to clean my own table to sit and the drink station is always a gross sticky mess."

"After sitting in the drive thru for 20 minutes I didn’t get what I ordered. I was supposed to get 2 jr bacon cheese burgers for $4 with a small fry. Got home and only had 1 cheese burger and 1 fry. Called the store and was told I didn’t order what I said. This was a mobile order that said nothing about having to go into the store to get my correct order. Would not recommend this Wendy’s. Have never had a problem with the Wendy’s in Bridgeport."

"I ordered a Dave's single and a caramel cold brew, I was charged for a combo which I didn't ask for. I checked the receipt and I was rung up for a vanilla cold brew, which I caught in time, substituted a baked potato for the fries instead of a refund, when I finally got my order there was no napkins, no utensils and no straw for my drink. I also asked for several sour creams for my potato I received one. The person working the drive through was very nice but he seemed like he might have been new so someone should have been helping him."

"Ordered 3 jr bacon cheese burgers, with only bacon & cheese. First time around, I only got cheeseburgers. Went through the driveway again, to ask for what I had asked for the first time brought them out I asked if they only had bacon and cheese, they said no. They took them back, this time I got the burgers back, realized they took the burgers scraped the ketchup off of them, and just put on a new top bun, but it wasn’t even the top bun it was one with two bottom buns that’s how I first realized the ketchup was wiped off… & to top it off it was cold. Not much to say ab it, but I feel like the order was simple and it was just halfass work the whole way through."
