"Ordered a fish sandwich with cheese and light tartar sauce. Ordered another fish no cheese and light tartar sauce. Ordered thru drive thru. Fit on art 50 and one fish had no tartar sauce the other had a lot of sauce and no cheese. Every time we go there something is always screwed up why can’t they get the orders right. And milkshake machine is never working"

"Love their coffees but this is the only McDonald's where their coffees and teas are higher then normal in this area"

"Hands down the absolute worst McDs anywhere. They don't know how to make simple coffee orders, every time I get fries they are old, nuggets are old and clearly thrown back in the fryer bc they are super dark and tough, they never get any iced coffee type drink correct so I don't even bother anymore, not surprising when a decaf coffee with cream threw the girl off. If you order on the app they can't fulfill items on your order, offering me an iced coffee that is less than $2 to replace a latte they can't make that is double that price, but won't even give you a partial refund!!! Orders are continuously incorrect. Today we ordered a happy meal, cheeseburger PLAIN not only did they mess that up, entered as just a regular cheeseburger, but they didn't even make a regular cheeseburger, it had ketchup and a single pickle, neither of which it should have had, but if they were gonna mess it up it also should have had onions and mustard on it. The incompetence is unreal."

"Ordered food on the app. Used 3000 of my points and ordered another $6.29 worth of food.. App crashes says there is a problem on their end, to go inside and order. Before I get out of my car I get a notification that my card had been charged. So I go inside and they have no online orders.. They were very rude and treated me like I was trying to score free food when I really just wanted what I paid for.. smh won't be going back.."
