"Had taken my wife out to get 12 piece nugget meal an mashed potato bowl an waited 45 mins in pull spot yes I waited bc for one when you have 10 employees an you act like it’s hard to do a job that you signed up for grow up and leave food if you don’t have the desire to do it I work at fast food currently the blonde at nights doesn’t like to do drive through has attitude an also my food was so cold I had to put in the oven bc your employees undercook food I am done with kfc in general after this hospitality at it’s worse fire employees an restart"

"Ordered a 12 piece dinner, with the 3 sides. Got home to an 8 piece dinner with 1 side. My receipt was in the bag with the food.!!!!! Called the restaurant, the girl said, bring it back down and swap it out for your order. I live on the other side of town. They could care less. I'll bet the person that got my order didn't call them.!!!!"

"It's apparent that the staff at this particular store doesn't care about you my cashier Devon ask me three separate times about something that's not even supposed to be part of my War and it was do I want spicy or regular at no time do I see on the menu that this product comes in a spicy I do know that it can come and barbecue but it's not on the menu and I wasn't asked that but three times argued with me about spicy or regular finally I explained to him I want regular with no pickle he apparently is so stupid and focused on spicy products that he can't remove the pickle off my salmon which means if I get going down the road I have the sandwich that is overwhelming flavor of pickle because he apparently doesn't want to do his job the way he supposed to do it I don't think I'll return to this particular KFC ever again there is no reason why he has to make things complicated but apparently he'd rather make it complicated instead of just doing what the customer asks"

"New Nuggets... Not worth $9.99 because somebody can't count nuggets. Supposed to be a 12-piece. Only got 10 and one was like a little baby quarter of a nugget. Fries were cold. Not too great"
