"I wish I could give this activity 10 stars! Riding on an airboat is fun and unique and to have a guide that is really knowledgeable about the true stores of the fued sends this activity to 10 stars. We learned how the Tug River earned its name and knew where burial sites, coal mining strike and other history stories. I highly, highly recommend this activity! I loved it!"
"We had a blast. Keith knew alot about local history and Hatfield/McCoy history. We saw local wildlife and skirted through the Tug. My kids loved it and it was a great way to beat the heat. Matewan was a fun town too. Try the local Coal wars Museum."
"Definitely should be on a Mingo County bucket list. Went with my family in July 2020. Did not ride the trails this trip, so everyone said this boat ride was their favorite activity. You can't really see the Tug Fork River until you are on it like this. Added a somewhat fuzzy photo I took of a heron sitting near a blooming mimosa tree. Gorgeous."
