"Great park. Quiet n clean"
"Eleanor seems to pride themselves as a clean and litter free community, and it shows, especially so with their quaint park area. It's a lovely place to visit for a picnic or a stroll. It is perhaps one of the cleanest and well kept park areas I've been to since I was a child."
"Beautiful little town. We went biking around town and the fair grounds. Great place to spend a afternoon."
"Good place for taking the dog for a hike. The trailhead is on the side of the road, on County Park Dr. north of the Buffalo Creek. The trail is well maintained, and there are maps clearly labelling the shortcuts at the trailhead and also throughout the trail. There are small flags on the ground marking the trail during some hard-to-identify turning points. If you go counterclockwise or as the map directs, there is disc golf area towards the last 1/3 of the trail. I assume the trail is also inside an open hunting area and we see a couple of people hiding and waiting for deer. However, the whole trail is supposed to be 18 miles, but apparently the northeast part of the trail is inside some "private property" and "no trespassing" allowed. Better take the shortcut No. 2 & No. 4 otherwise it would be dead end anyway. So we ended up walking a smaller loop, which is about 6-7 miles, hence four stars."
"Awesome park! This location has well-maintained trails for trail running and mountain biking. There is also a disc golf course that partially intersects the wooded trails. FYI, the trails are quite hilly so you may need to walk some sections."
