"My actual initial experience with enterprise was very good. My accident was August 12, 2023. I did receive a car rental from enterprise about two weeks later. My car was totaled and after I was given the settlement amount, I was told that I had to bring the car back to enterprise three days later. I spoke with enterprise after speaking with State Farm and ask enterprise to allow me to keep The rental rate that was given to State Farm. A representative at State Farm told me to mention that I would like to keep the car or another car at the same rental rate. My claim is still open due to my injury case still going on. I have to go to therapy three times a week. After speaking with a representative on today Sunday, September 3 I was told that this is their new policy and they cannot give me a car at the same rate even though I still have an open claim. I was satisfied I am now dissatisfied with these new rules because a claim is still a claim an injury is still an injury and now this causes more pain and suffering Due to the absence of a vehicle. "The hurricane location for Enterprise made my Monday morning commute 2 work with my car breaking down -- an easy fix. I was able to drop my car off @ the dealership & shuttled over to Enterprise & I have never met such an amazing & caring staff. Those women were so sweet to me since I was just hysterical about what transpired on my way to work. I would send everyone I know to that location for a car rental."

"Was told I had to go to hurricane to get a car because South Charleston only had larger vehicles but after I made arrangements to get to hurricane to pick up the car was told they only had a truck which cost more than the car I had originally reserved. How is that a reservation? Not only was it an inconvenient location for me to go to but I was charged more than I was supposed to be because they didn't have what they said they would have. Then had to wait in the lobby for the Lord knows how long for them to try to get a hold of the insurance company to make sure my friend was covered on insurance that he obviously showed documentation of. Just an all-around bad time honestly."
