"After not visiting a dentist office in years because of fear, I finally faced my fears and went. The entire staff from my check in through an entire several month long process was great. I never once was scared, anxious, treated any other way than top notch. Dr Gerber’s mannerism professionalism, care and concern for me as the patient totally made this experience great. The assistants, the hygienists, secretary’s have always been so nice to my entire family. "I have never in my entire life experienced such poor service. My son was seen by the mobile dental clinic at school, was told we needed further treatment from an actual dentist so we made an appt here and explained the situation on the phone. (The receptionists we’re very nice) drive to our appt and dr gerber refuses my son service and tells us this was a waste of his morning. It was embarrassing! All because he said he needed a copy of my sons X-rays but the mobile clinic didn’t take any. So the health department called his office immediately after we left and explained what was already done and he said he refused to see anyone in wood county. He just didn’t want to see us. My mother sees him and she also lives in wood county. Well after explaining this to her she will be canceling! How sad to say these things in front of a 5 year old. Got in same day with someone in Vienna, much better!"

"Great dentist office! If I were staying in the area this would be my permanent dentist. I was treated as another long term special patient even knowing it would probably only be a one time visit due to only working in area for short time. I came really early however was apologized by many and even the doctors for the wait. Them seemed to pride themselves on being considerate of your time--very refreshing! I would highly recommend Dr. Gerber to anyone in this vicinity."
