"My son had an appointment for 930am we arrived early. He was taken back for a tooth extraction. They took other patients back and worked on them while we sat in the room for 90 minutes. We missed another appointment because we waited so long. No one came in and spoke to us our time is valuable as well and I felt like we were an after thought"
