"My father purchased what was suppose to be a 27’ Century pool in 2014 with a 20 year warranty. After seven years, the pool collapsed causing damages to my surrounding patio. When we called to file a warranty claim we came to realize that the pool that was sold to us was not the pool we paid for. It was not a Century pool at all. The bill of sale was false. Because of this, I couldn’t not file a warranty claim for the pool that I purchased because the bill of sale was was a lie. Now my family has no pool and no way to get justice since my father has now passed away. The workers and owner was rude and told me they could not help us and that we needed to get ahold of the company that manufactured the pool to file the warranty. If the bill of sale was correct we could have had our pool replaced. Now we are stuck with a mess that we are unable to fix. Make sure when you purchase a pool from CW Parsons that you do your research and make sure the pool you are paying for is the one that is actually received."

"Back in February i put a pool in layaway due to the high demand of pools of last summer and wanted to make sure i got one before they ran out. I had good customer service experience with the people that own the pool store; but unfortunately some of the installers they use are not really reliable. I've called and texted the installer numerous of times and either he answers and says yes ill be there this date or that date or doesn't answer at all. Mind you i called this installer back in March and he said ill be there the end of May; fast forward to now still nothing from the installer. Find your own installer! i have wasted many summer days so far sitting at home and waiting on the installer to come on the days he said he would. I understand things in life happen he could have called and told me he wouldn't be able to make it!"

"Ordered a 21' pool, but told them we decided to upgrade to a 24'. They informed me the day I called to pick it up that they didn't have a 24', and would be September before they would. They offered a full refund, or keep the 21' with difference returned. They are good to allow people to do pool layaways, just double check inventory when completing a sale/entering into a layaway to verify product is in stock."

"Ordered a pool spent almost 9,000 to be lied to and let down. Was told our order was in and all of a sudden the pool installer backed out and to go pick up order and guess what not everything that I ordered was there you would think being in business for 30 years they would know what they were doing or better yet act like a professional but nope couldn't figure out why it's upsetting to be lied to for four months several items not in store and her response someone else must have gotten it....so something I paid for left with someone else ....hmmmmmm Do not waste your time or money at this so called pool supply they will lie and let you down"
