"I have rented from here several times, and generally good experiences. They take reservations but do not always honor them, nor do they inform you that they are closed on the weekend if you are up. Update, called in and made a reservation roughly three weeks before a pick up, based off previous experiences, called in a day before to make sure my car would be available, was "informed" the local fleet was taken due to accidents and that they didn't have a car for my specified time (8 am and said I could possibly have a car by 2 pm but no guarantees). The policy here seems like a Seinfeld episode where you make a reservation and it's not honored... this needs to be amended 0/10"

"This was the best experience I have had with a rental. Easy and efficient is how I would describe everything from the making of the reservations to the pick-up and return. Kelsie was super to work with and reviewed after the trip how things went. With 11 passengers and luggage this fit our need well as the group served in Georgia on a missions trip. Will be back!
