"Civitan Park is the main park for Belpre, it sets right on the Ohio river. There is a nice playground for the kids and multiple ball fields for children’s sports. They also have outdoor entertainment in the summer and it is fully decorated for Christmas. There is a very nice walking path and the park is also pet friendly. My husband and I enjoy picking up lunch at a nearby restaurant and parking by the Ohio river at the park and enjoy the views of the river while we have lunch."
