"Pool Queen was the only place I could find that was able to order me a new pool liner and for a decent price. All the other places I called said they didn’t have any in stock and they weren’t sure if they could order one, but if they could it would be $600+. When I called Pool Queen to see about the liners, the woman I spoke with was really friendly and helpful. They were really good at communicating with me to let me know once they ordered the liner and then when they received it, which only took about a week. Overall, all their employees we spoke with were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"This is our first year as pool owners. Had been having trouble with a cloudy pool for 5 days or so and our pool strips were saying everything was in the “ok” area. A friend mentioned that you could take a water sample here and they would test it and explain what needed to be done. The staff was absolutely wonderful and helpful! "Just purchased a 27ft pool, looks great but the customer service fell short of being satisfied. We paid the $2200 for the install, and was told multiple times we will show you everything. Being new to having a pool it seemed overwhelming learning everything. Pool was installed, and started filling up with water. They told us to contact them when the water reached skimmer. They contacted us before this happened and said they were rained out on another job and were coming to our house to install filter and heater. We explained we were unable to leave work to meet them but they seemed like it wasn’t a big deal. Little did we know they wouldn’t be back... We contacted them explaining they came when we were home and didn’t show us anything, the lady told us they were trying to get as many installed since the weather was nice. I told her I understood that, but just because ours was installed they shouldn’t wipe their hands clean of us as customers! She proceeded to tell me if we wanted them to show us anything to just stop in with questions. Haven’t stopped in or spoke with them since, they called kindly reminding us we had a remaining balance. So my husband calls to get the remaining balance and they tell him it is $500 more than what our paperwork shows. Lady tells him it is because they brought quick disconnect parts and the other parts to hook filter up. Nothing which was mentioned in our contract. I have no problem paying for what my contract shows but hold up your end of the deal. So much for “Where the most satisfied customers shop” YouTube has been a huge help!"
