"Do not buy a cell phone here. I was going to buy one last night but for some reason my debit card was declining the purchase. So i had to use cash. Well i never brought alot of cash with me. So i told the cashier that i didn't have enough money and i no longer wanted the cell phone. Well the cashier stated that i had to purchase it because he wasn't allowed to take it t off of my receipt without a manager. So i had to return food and other necessities. I never took the cell phone from the counter but he still refused to take it off of my balance."
