New Martinsville Park & Rec, located at 191 Main Street in New Martinsville, West Virginia, is a park institution dedicated to providing quality programs and facilities for all citizens of the city. The Parks & Recreation Department strives to offer a variety of recreational activities and services for individuals of all backgrounds. With guidance from the New Martinsville City Council and input from the community, the department operates 8 city park facilities.
