"This guy will take all your money and accomplish nothing for your case/cases my mother in law paid him $40,000 and hasn't seen a penny. He even asked for MORE money. DO NOT go to this guy. Obviously he doesn't know what he's doing. I'm from Ohio and I've never seen someone so scandalous as to keep taking from someone who is scraping by to make it. I've got family in the government and he is checking on this guy and talking about doing an investigation on him as to how he's getting away with taking thousands of dollars from the people in this community."

"Mr. Pierson is dishonest, charges hours for work he never did and then gives his client an outrageous unsubstantiated invoice that he knows they can’t pay. He then proceeds to barter to try to take property and/or services in exchange for monies he claims you owe. He is rude, often cutting you off because he doesn’t care what you have to say. He makes decisions without consulting his client first and does not keep his clients apprised regarding details in their case. He violates attorney-client privileged communication by speaking to third parties and providing details regarding your case to others. Hopefully, this info will help keep another victim at bay!"

"Mr. Pierson was representing my father in a bankruptcy case. He was already unresponsive and half-heartedly handling the business before my father died, but afterward I could barely reach him (as the executor of my father's estate). The times I did speak with him were frustrating because of his lack of organization, evasive answers, and constant shuffling of papers while on speaker. In short, Mr. Pierson dismissed my concerns and absolved himself of any responsibility to close out the actions that he had started. He got paid for essentially nothing--a few letters and phone calls. I do not recommend Mr. Pierson based on my limited experience with him. I hold lawyers to a very high degree of accountability, so I don't accept excuses or finger pointing toward a deceased client. Saul Goodman (from Breaking Bad) was crooked and shady, but he was hilarious and entertaining. Nothing funny or entertaining about Pierson Legal Services at all."
