"We ordered door dash and was missing a salad. I called the store and “Jojo” was completely rude! It was unacceptable! She was unprofessional and had no desire to try and fix the issue. When speaking with the manager he said he would handle it, but blamed it on door dash and said call them, door dash said it was on the vendor. Horrible experience. No more Buffalo Wild Wings, no more door dash!"

"I used to work for Bdubs actually at a different location so I know good and well what it takes to do all they do daily. With that being said I won’t complain that much about the wings but I will say there was hardly any sauce on them when I ordered it. I mostly wanted to say as well that when I ordered 2 ranches for 10 wings I expected enough ranch to eat my wings with but all I got was 2 drops in each ranch container….and I still have 5 wings left…. That’s not right."

"To preface, I sent all of this in an email, after several days and still no response, I am coming on here. The service and food at this location is absolutely terrible. Our server was Brionna. At least that’s what it said on the receipt. Her name tag said Bree, but who knows. It took forever for our food to come out and she only checked on us once. At one point we had to pull her aside and ask her about the wait time, and she made another girl go check on our order. The quality of the food for the price is absolutely horrible. Barely any sauce on the wings. And the tiniest wings too. I’m highly unsatisfied with the service here tonight for my Grandma’s birthday and we will not be returning. What a shame."
