"I have asked numerous times to be sent a statement showing what I have paid and what I still owe. I keep track of it but would like something from them in writing. Never a response at all and not once have I even gotten a receipt so be sure to screenshot if you pay online."

"I call to settle and they lie to me on the phone telling me since a garnishment (that came out of nowhere with no actual fair warning) is in effect they cannot settle (mind you they even tried to charge me MORE than what my garnishment total is). I go to the courthouse as they instructed and they can't help me either but tge courthouse informed me that I am definitely able to settle it even though a garnishment is in place by reaching back out to the lawfirm. A bunch of crooked lawyers at this firm. They only want to profit from your struggling."

"These people are the absolute worst. Anyone who will put a lien on a property without notification over a medical bill is the absolute worst. Not to mention when you DO pay them, it takes weeks to get a copy of the receipt of your payment. No return emails or phone calls."

"They do not answer your phone calls or respond to messages that are left. They will garnish your wages for a bill that as 14 years old with no attempt to collect that bill whatsoever. No phone calls, no letters, they just sent information straight to your employer to have your wages garnished during a pandemic. Just like every other greedy lawyer all they care about is money and not the actual person. Having full insurance at that time is disregarded and an attempt to make you homeless is their goal."
