"Honestly this is the slowest I've ever waited on any sandwich everytime we order it. There is always something wrong with our order. Today we ordered a 41 dollar order and got 3 total incorrect sandwiches, we call and are prompted to reorder and repay for all of our food ??? Never ordering again. "The absolute worst Jimmy John's restaurant experience I have ever had, anywhere. Run down building, run down atmosphere, poor customer service, poor sandwich ingredients (stale bread, non-fresh vegetables) and broken ice machine for the sodas."
"The food is good enough. If you get a coupon or discount, then it's probably good value. The service I received was laughable. The employees were just sitting in the booths, talking to their friends as I walked back in for a second time trying to fulfill my order. One of the subs had been left out of my order. Mistakes happen, no big deal. But, they acted like I didn't exist and I was mistaken. I promise I didn't drive 3 miles back home and return just to get a free sub."
"We have ordered twice in the past week, hoping the first experience was a fluke but turns out the delivery service is about as quick as ordering next day shipping. I ordered at 11:35 and received it at 2:05pm. I don’t think it’s any fault of the delivery driver because for one man he’s very polite and seems to be doing the best that he can. Who ever runs this corporation needs to offer free one day delivery for a more accurate depiction of food delivery service eta. Sad because this use to be a favorite but looks like we can no longer order here because it’s the worst delivery service I have ever experienced. It’s comical how long it took"
