"I simply wanted to set up an appointment for a consultation. He was aggressive and yelling at me when I was trying to explain the reason I needed legal assistance. I asked him politely not to yell at me. At the end of this hostile encounter, he informed me that if I didn’t like his attitude I should look for a different attorney. This was probably the best advice I got. Attorneys offer a service and get paid. I was left to feel like I was talked down to and degraded. When individuals seek an attorney they are usually facing difficult situations. The last thing you deserve is be treated and talked to in an unprofessional manner.
