"Yoss law office is the worst law firm I ever did any business with. They will not call their clients back. They will take off of work in the middle of the day and not even tell their clients about it. Even after scheduled conference call with potential buyers. Not only but won't even have the files pulled out in front of them while on conference calls. Notified well in advance 10 days pryor. They are the slowest of any law firm getting even a title search done with a forward copy of previous title searches. They told us 6 weeks. It's been double that time and still not even close to the title search done. The secretary will not even let you talk to the lawyer your paying to do your business and your lawyer will not call you back. I lost total and complete confidence in this law firm. Even our lease deal with and energy company was worded to favor the energy company that we leased to. Don't sign without taking that lease to another law firm. My experience with them leads me to believe they don't have the best interest in protecting their clients. The secertary I kept calling to talk to our lawyer acted like a complete snob as well. I wish we never did any business with them. 10's of thousands at stake and they brush that off like it means nothing to their clients. Good to know you read my review and took out the time to send me a 2 page response. It would have been really nice if your firm put that kind of effort into a 6 plus figure deal all lost. And your law firm knew it was a bogus deal just to get us to sign. Eclipse admitted that after the fact. If I knew I was being scammed I would have never of signed. As for eclipse...They better hope and pray nothing goes wrong with that well and ruins my land. I will make them pay way more than that phony lease deal was so called worth and all parties responsible. Should of went with my feeling it was all a scam. Got super lucky I didn't."
