"I sold a house in which the lender scheduled a closing day without consulting the Attorney who was doing the title work. The lender scheduled the closing on a day the attorney and staff had taken off. The lender additionally did not put any buffer in the closing, meaning it had to close on a certain date or the deal would have to start over. The attorney and staff sacrificed their day off to come to the rescue of the buyer and me, to close the deal. Had the attorneys and staff been out of town, there would not have been a deal. Susan and Bob always go above and beyond to satisfy their clients."
