We are required to keep a copy of your tax ID certificate on file, so please fax it to 757-321-5245 or email it to ddirect@dollartree.com. We will update the expiration date in our system when we receive your new certificate.
To use a gift card for payment, simply enter the 19-digit gift card number and, if applicable, the 4-digit PIN located on the back of the card. The balance will be applied to your order, and if needed, you can use an additional form of payment to cover the remaining cost.

"I had to return something and I did not get back what I paid for it and when the lady asked if I wanted to talk to the manager I said yes but the manager wouldn't even come out from behind the door, she didn't and only told the cashier that was the way it was and still failed to handle what was asked of her. My opinion is the manager handled this very poorly by not coming out to address the situation when I was asked if I wanted the talk to the manager."
