"Rude, Answers with "What do you want?1" In an aggressive manner. I tried to tell him what I needed, he cut me off in mid sentence and rushed me so I couldn't really get the answers for my questions quotes. This person needs more customer interface training. I work for Apple c.s. if we dealt with a client this way we would be fired on the spot. Retrain you workers/dealers."
