"The lady at the counter was helpful & courteous. The guys in the back couldn't find the tires I was going to buy, even though it showed they had them in stock, not once, but twice. I called several times and they never answered the phone. I had to order tires for my truck on the site, I ordered them at 1am and they were there by 11am, showed they were stock the whole time. I was going to have the tires put on by then but since they were reluctant too the first time, and actually never found the tires for me, I took my truck elsewhere. I won't take it to them for anything now. I might take it to another service center nearby at Wal-Mart but not this one."

"Fast and friendly service. Low labor cost. Quality work, and honesty. Here's the story. As soon as I pull in, a young man comes out to greet me and ask what I needed. I told him about my two tires leaking air, and about replacing all four tires. But, after inspecting them, he told me that I can hold off on replacement for several months.. Then he told me that the cost for fixing the two air leaks would only be $10 per tire. Any other place would have most likely sold me new tires. He took the car immediately and was finished with the work within an hour. I was very satisfied with the work and impressed with the young man's honesty. Its been three weeks since the job was done, and the tires are fine. I will return there for an oil change soon."
