"Update: so, I deleted my previous review because no matter how upset I was at the time it wouldn’t do the justice. I must say the dealership did the most unexpected, at least in my experience, they took care of the issue and went beyond to rectify it and make me, the customer, happy. These days you dont normally see a big business do more than what expected, even though its their fault, my personal number one point in any business, any transaction is the customer service and if there is problem how its addressed. These guys went beyond that. Thank you Donny(Sales Team Manager). So despite initial fiasco and 1 star its only fair for me to give them 5 stars."

"I'm a owner of a small trucking company that's gone on the road most of the time with hardly no time to do much when im home. I've known Joshua Mounts most of my life, went through school with him and played sports with him and without him my purchase wouldn't had been possible. I made 1 phone call giving him my information and was approved in 5 mins. I was in the area to get loaded a few days later at a local business we both actually used to work at and Josh stayed after hours and brought the truck to me so I could test drive it and sign all my paperwork. When I got back in town a few days later and made it to Todd Judy they were having a Christmas dinner and Josh made sure I was taken care of in a timely fashion with my purchase. "I will never take anything back to Todd Judy or recommend anyone go there. I had new tires installed on my Mustang and the wrong size was ordered. I had to convince them of that for me to take it back and have the correct size installed. Both times, even though I had an appointment I was at the dealership for 2+ hours. The waiting area hasn't been updated in 20+ years and there are no work spaces available like is standard at most dealerships now. Each time I received my car back, the technicians had left it dirty with hand prints all over the outside and inside of my car. To top it off, the tires that were finally installed on my car were not what I ordered and I was never told about that until after my keys were given back to me. I was promised documentation of everything that happened to be emailed to me since I was driving off with tires I did not pay for. It has been over a year with multiple calls and requests for information from multiple levels of the dealership with no response. Fast? No. Friendly? Not really. Fair? Absolutely not."
