This is WV, not everyone lives within 20-30min of the dealership, making people drive in before giving them a price on a 50+ thousands dollars truck is pretty ridiculous imho. Terrible business model, force people in so you're more likely to get a sale. Well, you just lost one."

"Great customer service at the front desk, only thing I have to complain about is I requested a tire rotation and they called to ask where the spline key for the lug nuts was. I told them where the spline key was and when I picked the vehicle up I asked if the tires had been rotated. I was told yes. When observing my vehicle I realized the tires were not rotated due to a rim on the vehicle with a very noticeable gash located on the left rear, still located on the left rear."
