"What can I say? Besides awful. I purchased a 2015 Tahoe and after paying $7,000 down and making 2 payments I have a useless vehicle. It needs a whole new transmission to the tune of $6,000. I am a single mother and feel like they took complete advantage of me. No warranty no nothing. I’d add a photo but it’s at a dealership while they wait to see what I decide to do. I have no choice but to let the bank reposes it as I do not have the means to repair it. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!"

"Called on a Friday looking for a vehicle the gentleman took my information over the phone calls back says I’m approved for a certain vehicle that to which I did not like asked about another vehicle they had that was two years older for the same price and said they had to see if I could get approved for it before they could do anything I waited 5 days and never got anything but the run around. I even wanted to go try the vehicle out and they wanted me to wait before I even went to the dealership I knew then I was gettin the run around by this man and I knew that he ran my information for that particular vehicle they were willing to let me have from the start and didn’t even bother asking me if I even wanted that car before he checked to see if I were approved. I will not recommend these people they are liars and love to cause you more hassle than the it’s worth so beware dealing with these people they’re not honest and a waste of your time!!!"

"We took our truck to Joe Holland 3 times.... 3 times over a month's time and they could not figure out what was wrong with it. We took it to Thornhill, and it took them an hour and a half to figure it out and fix it. It was an absolute wonderful experience and my husband said that he would purchase our next vehicle from Thornhill. Thank you Thornhill for such an amazing experience. And I also will say that a Paul Hickman and Melissa Vance recommended us to bring it there in the first place. Wish we would have done that."
