"Okay, so I thought these people would be honest, but I was charged over $150.00 for what should have been, no more than, 1 hr. of work. I'll be kind and give them 11/2 hr. and based on their labor quote should have been no more then $75.00, I'll be even nicer than they were to me and up it to 2 hrs. for $100.00, and get this I supplied all the parts. All they needed to do was to put on a new converter, 4 O2 sensors, and spark plugs and wires. Also, did not clear my computer, thus leaving the check engine light on. I asked for them to clear it, but was told the device was left in another customers car. I went to Western Auto and they found an air flow sensor was left unplugged. Matt plugged it in and the check engine light went off. Well, I guess they don't need business if this is how they treat a customer. Next month I'm getting rear rotors, pads, and calipers put on, but not by A&B. Their loss because this would have been $114..00 labor charge, which they could have earned honestly. If I would, but I'm not, take it to them probably would charged me $180.00. My advice don't take your car to A&B for service unless you're a close friend, but again they most likely will price gouge them. too. Was going to give this place one star, but again I'll be more fair to them than they were to me."
