"I haven't received any of the last 4 packages I have ordered. Come to find out the UPS driver haswhere left my packages to the crackhead house at the bottom of the hill. Why is it so hard to google map my address and find my house instead of just throwing it anywhere.. Unfortunately I also get medication delivered by them which I may or may not get."

And now, FOUR DAYS LATER, my letter STILL IS NOT DELIVERED from Logan, WV to Charleston, WV. The DELIVERY is ESTIMATED TO BE SIX DAYS!! These cities are only one hour away from each other! The weather is NOT the delay. Slow, overcharged service is! This is unacceptable UPS! I will NEVER use UPS services again. I want a refund issued immediately please!"

"Don't recommend this store. Had an important medical disc needed shipped to a hospital. They insufficiently put in bubble wrap and it was damaged when it arrived. Also had some stickers made and they looked horrible."

"Took calling nine times just to reach someone, was put on hold and then was hung up on. Called back a tenth time and the person who picked up was rude and short with me. They are always behind by weeks and seem to be understaffed. If you’re going off my experience, I suggest going somewhere else. They used to be my go to place but I’m moving on now."
