"Rented a car from them, supposed to leave it in another location in NJ. That other place accused me of damaging the front grill of the car. But it wasn’t me. Good thing that I took photo of all sides of the car right after I rented it. In that photo I could see that the damage they accused me of was already there. I wonder if they add those damages to the car profile for other locations to see as well. The place in NJ was going to charge me around $1000 for the damage. I decided to return the car back to Morgantown location. The guy working there said that they knew about the damage to the car and said that it wasn’t my fault. I was glad that we sorted it out, that the guy took care of it. However, after a week I received a mail asking me to pay for the damage. Had to go and deal with them again."
"I had my reservation since January. Arrived an hour early to pick up. Lady checked us in and we sat for almost two hours and then got told there were no cars for us. When a car became available we got upgraded to a luxury vehicle and got a promo were they filled the tank for us and made it to wear we could return it without filling it up at the same price for a standard vehicle!"
