"I’ve been calling for a week about a truck, they said call back in 3 days, called back said call back tomorrow, called today said they sold the truck 5 minutes ago, place is a dump"
"They retrieved a vehicle after an accident, tried to hold my personal property until I paid $150.00 and give them the title, or pay $300 if I wanted to keep the car. Called consumer protection and Attorney General, they called King and told them to let me have my belongings. Don't ever use this company! They knowingly broke laws and are taking advantage of people."
"Had my van towed right after memorial day. Evidently they don't know how to send a bill. They do however know how to talk down to people and threaten to take them to magistrate court even when no bill has ever been sent. Fran king has no business berating people and hanging up on them. She is also up for election this year. Don't vote this Karen."
"I received a nasty phone call today. From Fran King. Told me I stole money from her. What really happened was they took a tow call from someone other than the owner. Owner received a check in their name from the insurance company. No word ever from the tow company. Tow was in July 2021. Phone call was 4/7/2022. Fran talked very rude and threatened court when only given an option of taking down her address for payment then hung up the phone on the customer. Customer called back and paid the bill over the phone and explained that the phone call and no bill was a poor way of doing business. Fran still just kept telling the customer how wrong they were in not knowing the in's and outs of the way towing works. Talked down to the customer. In a way calling their stupid in both phone calls. This isn't a way good way to do business. And as far as I'm concerned anyone who can treat anyone the way I was treated on the phone calls have zero business holding an office where people's best interest should be held at the up most importance. Anyone who can say "I've been making calls all day about past money owed and I'm just upset" again has no business working with and in the community!!!!"
"A lady I know by the initial K.P. had her truck towed from helping 2 handicaps ladies move their things. They charged a lady whom helps everyone a $500.00 bill from Morgantown to clay 3 hour tow. Fran King owner."
