"Not good people at all traded a dirt bike for a boat they were supposed to pay off dirt bike 5 months ago and never did and won't answer phone or return any phone calls"

"Folks, please read all the negative reviews because they are spot on! We took our boat there because it would go into limp mode for some unknown reason. They had our boat for a month and a half and only changed on oil sensor. 3 hour labor!!?? That was a $400 charge. Plus they left my ignition and power control switch on!! Dead battery!! We took the boat out and the same problem! I called them and they assured me they would get me in and I wouldn’t have to wait (last in their work order stack) since I had previously been there for the same problem. When I dropped the boat off, Robby (owner) told me personally that he would take the boat out to test it that day or the next. After over a month, I called at least 5 times to speak to the owner (Robby) and was always told he was with a customer but would have him call me back. I had no idea what the status of the boat was. He never called me back. I went the following day to pick up our boat. It was filthy and not fixed. I went inside and they handed me a $2,300 bill, $800 of that was labor! Again, boat was not fixed!! He did subtract the labor but shafted me with parts I may or may not have needed! I think it’s a guessing game to them what your boat might need in order to fix it! VERY DISAPPOINTED!"

"We had the best time renting kayaks at Wood’s Boathouse, everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable about kayaking and Fairmont! We had an inexperienced kayaker in our group and they went above and beyond to help her feel comfortable and safe in the water. If you are staying for the weekend, I would recommend calling and renting for the weekend, they do have weekend rates!!"

"We rented kayaks and put them in at Colfax. Fun trip, reasonable rates and great service. We will try the SUPs next."
