"Very unprofessional."
"I was told at another garage that I had an engine rod knocking. The guys at Scott's checked out my jeep and figured out it was the ac compressor. They fixed it! Edit: had to take it back 3 times to get the same part replaced because it wasn't working. My jeep now sounds loud and the ac makes a ticking sound inside the cabin that it never did before. $1000 down the drain. I'm having another garage look at it. By the third time I brought it back they kept joking about me having full coverage and just burning it which def didn't give me confidence in them. I'm not a mechanic so I don't know if it was the parts that didn't work or of they just didn't do it right but I won't be going back."
