"I'm not sure what has happened to Pizza Hut as a national company, but their"product" and customer experience has FALLEN WAAAAAAAAY OFF. So, first, when you call to place an order, you get connected to a foreign "call center" where they can BARELY speak english. So, since that didn't work, I tried to go to the website. Ordering on the website was absolutely terrible and took nearly an hour of reloading and refreshing the site and trying to complete the order. Whoever is in charge, nationally..... YOU ARE MAKING THE WRONG CHOICES!!!!!!!"

"Seriously....3 pieces of chicken and i think they forgot the alferdo sauce for the Chicken Alferdo. As for the pizza...its no wonder they give dipping sauce..there's little to no sauce on the pizza. Very disappointed."

"We haven’t ordered from Pizza Hut for a couple of years now, due to the quality going down hill so badly. Well, last weekend I talked my husband into ordering again, just to give it one more shot. And it was fantastic! Just like the Pizza Hut we remembered from years ago. So this Friday, I asked him if he wanted to order it again and he answered with an immediate YES! I’m now regretting even considering the idea. Cause the order was delivered 15 minutes later than the listed delivery time, even though live less than 5 minutes from the store. The pizzas were very skimpy on cheese and half burnt, and the cheese sticks were barely even cooked. Like they were so undercooked that I wouldn’t let my son eat them for fear it would make him sick. So I guess it will be another few years before we order from there again. Such a let down after the phenomenal food we got last weekend."

"Id give zero stars if possible. We waited 20 mins before sitting at the drive through window for another 30 mins and was completley ignored. When we asked to speak with the manager a young guy, obviously high came to the window and did nothing. Thanks"

"My daughter went for a sleep over with her grandparents and they ordered from this place. The delivery took two and a half hours. When they finally were able to get through to a manager on the phone they were spoken to very rudely. Something along the lines of 'we are backed up and your pizza will get there when it gets there.' in a very brusque tone. No apology at all. Now, they ordered this pizza so that by the time it got there my daughter would be ready to eat. However, since it took so long, they had to eat something else. If you have a six year old in your life who loves pizza, you understand the issue. Not to mention no one should have to wait that long or be spoken to so rudely. Oh, and the pizza was cold when they did finally get it. Because of their terrible handling of the situation they have lost the business of myself and my parents."
