"They're ridiculous. My Nissan Murano was sent to them to have a brand new transmission programmed on Thursday. Here it is Tuesday and it's been programmed. They took it upon themselves to do recalls on it without getting consent for it from me. I was promised my car Friday, then Monday. Now it's Tuesday and they're saying my car isn't moving now. Which it was when my mechanic sent it to them to program the transmission. They appear to be unethical and money hungry to me. I don't recommend them to anyone. They haven't given me a reason to be impressed by them."

"amazing visit, easy, was able to do everything. Very much enjoyed the informational day. WE were able to gather all the information on vehicles that we could afford and test drive to see what we liked. WE picked out the vehicle before we were even able to get the insurance check to purchase it. once the check it we were able to purchase that day. Car was already for us to pick up and sign papers. Because we set an apt to let them know we received the money. amazing"

"Megan and Chris in sales were amazing helping me find the car I wanted and making sure I got a deal I could afford. Jason was great explaining the financial side as well as the packages that came with the vehicle. I almost gave up on Moses completely due to Moses Toyota having terrible customer service and this was after my family got 8 cars from them. Thankfully those at Moses Nissan were amazing I can’t thank them enough."

"Regular maintenance is handled routinely and well. It is work for warranty that gets them this current star rating. O have been dealing with a warranty issue with one of my vehicles and it has been 2.5 years and it still hasn't been corrected (and it clearly is a warranty issue). We, also ordered a part for another of our vehicles and I eventually canceled the order because after 6 months it still had not shipped (online it showed that it hadn't been ordered), because their parts manager needed to order it. So, I would give them no stars but that is not an option. Avoid these people at all costs."
