"Took my car in for a rotation and this was end result on my wheels. Of course they denied doing so, dishonest business in a small town…please boycott King Tire Service..! I really wish you could leave zero stars, they do not deserve one star. I just bought these wheels a couple of months ago and they now look worse than the ones I replaced. The worst part is that whomever did the damage knows they did so. If they would have admitted this and apologized this would have a different outcome."
"I’ve only had good experiences here when I had to get state inspections when I lived up north the staff was very friendly. They will get your car back in shape. They aren’t the fastest, but that’s too be expected. Decent work at a fair price definitely better than some of the other shops around."
"If I could give negative stars I would. Took my car (which is in good condition and has never had any issues) in for an inspection and to get my sticker, and they left the cap off of my coolant tank! It wasn’t even somewhat put back in place. It was setting on the tank when I popped my hood. It’s a wonder I didn’t lose the cap while driving. There was not a drop of coolant in my tank. It was months later before I had an issue and no one had lifted the hood of the car but them since the day I got an inspection. I was in the middle of the interstate when my engine started to overheat. If you know anything about engines, you know that you should never drive a vehicle that is overheating, you will destroy it. Cannot believe someone would be so careless. Will NEVER go back to Kings."
"Ridiculous experience. I took my car in at 9 this morning for an inspection sticker. 2 tires were borderline and I knew that going in. Around 2 I called and asked about my vehicle because it had been nothing but silence from them. They said it will be ready around 3. So to my surprise when I arrive I have a rejection sticker. Turns out I needed 2 tires. Instead of calling and telling me (and making a sale since they are a tire place), they just rejected it and gave the car back. A simple phone call would have remedied this situation."
"Super friendly staff and these guys actually know what they're doing. Had our vehicle at another shop (due to convenience of location to where the car started having a noticable problem) and they told us the car needed a new transmission. Something just didn't feel right about it, so we took a chance and drove it to Kings to see what they'd say. It was a shot water pump, bad ignition coil, and needed a tune up. Repair bill went from nearly $3000 to $700. Thanks to Dave and the guys here we saved somewhere in the ballpark of $2300!!!"
