"Horrible experience trying to get anything done here. Called about getting in for my screen going out in my 2023 Atlas Cross Sport and it would be weeks. Fast forward to now and the coolant light is on and I’m getting notifications to not drive. Moses can’t get me in for 2 weeks. I have a disabled child and have to have a vehicle. The woman was unwilling to work with me in any way. I called Joe Holland and they were so nice and got me in for the next day morning! The lady at Joe Holland was accommodating and understood that you can’t wait 2 weeks without a vehicle. I wish I would have used them to buy my vehicle. I shouldn’t have to drive to Charleston when I live in Barboursville and bought my vehicle at Moses. Ridiculous. Nothing but trouble with a brand new vehicle."
