"Worst experience I have had with a retail store. Tried to find the right bulb for my truck. After the store computer said a certain one would fit I bought it and tried it in the parking lot it did not fit. So went in and returned the one the computer said would work and bought a different one that looked like the old bulb that went out. I tried that one it didn’t fit. So I went in to return that one and that’s when Shane the supposed to be manager threw a fit on me saying I was costing the company hundreds of dollars by going out and trying different bulbs to fix my truck. He yelled and said “if the computer says this bulb will fit then it will fit you are doing it wrong show me where you tried it” we proceeded to go out side in the parking lot to my truck walking threw the doors he went out first and closed the door in my face. Got to my truck he tried to insert the bulb and guess what it wouldn’t fit. Guess what no apology for the bulb the computer said would fit that he swore was right. We went back in side and once again he went inside first and this time he grabs the door with both hands and tried to slam it shut I’m sure that’s on camera but we know the public will never see that. After all that he finally returns my $12.99 that I paid for for the second set of bulbs. Then proceeded to turn to the associate that was helping me in the first place and say “I’ll make sure to tell Mark about this situation so you will get in trouble”. I WILL NOT BUY A THING FROM AUTO ZONE AGAIN! If I could leave 0 stars I would."
